The Chamber courts Google (under the name Willowbend Capital, LLC) and other data centers under NDAs. Land near the Port is teed up for sale with as little as twelve hours' public notice, leaving no real time for comment. MOU is signed 65% property tax abatement for 30 years (highest state allows). Also allows for future data centers with this company.
